Our Unity In Christ

The greatest plea of Jesus was that His followers would be one. That’s a tall order, given we all have our own individuality. But that’s just the point. He wasn’t pleading for us to all be alike. Rather, in the midst of our own quirks, differences, and peculiarities, we should think and act, and behave in such a manner that it unifies us. Actually, you see very little of that in society today. All the more reason for us to work at it! It’s not an easy thing, but something we’ve got to work at continually. And only within the power of the Holy Spirit, may we be able to achieve that ideal. But you can do it. Try it.
