Search Me, O God

When you take out looking for something, it is a quest to find what it is that you’re looking for. The idea behind this teaching is that you wish for God to do a complete and thorough evaluation of your thoughts, ideas, and motives. It’s invasive. It’s intended to cause you to self-evaluate whether you are even attempting to live up to God’s ideals or not. That takes transparency, willingness, and submission. Are you up for allowing God to search you, through and through?
