Bridling A Powerful Evil

Have you ever riden a horse? They can be a pretty ominous beast. Some are as tame as can be. Others can become a little wirey. However, most any one is managed and directed by a metal bit that is placed in their mouth, and controlled by the rider. This tends to make them pretty compliant. There’s a great comparison in Scripture to this in regard to us and our lives. Can we control what the Bible talks about? It might take some work.
