It takes dedicated and committed volunteer people to serve the church. While there are many who serve, there are only a small percentage that aspire to accept a leadership role to serve the church. While many may never assume that role in title, many still serve tirelessly. But those who pledge themselves to serve the church in leadership, they are extremely essential.
